A well-funded early-stage food tech startup is hiring for a Head of Marketing in Indonesia. As a part of the initial founding team, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and brand building of the product. From creative conceptualisation of the brand, to last-mile execution, the individual will shape and take this Indonesian food tech brand to the world. This role will lead creative, media as well as work closely with the R&D and GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & execute strategic product roadmap
  • Lead all consumer and market research, innovation and NPD, as well as in-market execution
  • Build & manage marketing budgets
  • Support GTM teams with all marketing materials as needed
  • Build the marketing team structure and hire the team

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 6-8 years of marketing experience in FMCG (preferably foods)
  • Should be able to think strategically and execute with speed. Must have or be able to build a network of partners, as required, for project execution
  • Must have a demonstrated consumer-first marketing approach to building brands, NPD and communication
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build alignment on plans with leadership
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
